Naples, FL – Ankrolab Brewing
Once a home-brewer with dreams of becoming a master brewer Adam Kelley’s dream is about to come true later this summer when he opens this micro-brewery and taproom at 3555 Bayshore Drive.  Kelley will offer his “beer stylings” to locals and tourists while Taqueria San Julian will provide the foodservice.

Minneapolis, MN – Haskells
Long known and respected by locals this multi-unit adult beverage retailer is stepping into the foodservice world with a wine and cheese shop at 300 Nicollett Mall with an opening date to be determined.  The food will focus on wine and cheese as usual, with soup, salads and some light sandwiches to fill out the menu.

Nahant, MA – Seasons
Charlestown restaurateur John Moore will bring his food vision to 1 Willow Road for what he believes will be a late spring opening.  The operation will be open for all meal periods, seven days a week and the menu will change seasonally.  Look for a raw bar and pizza along with coffee and muffins for breakfast.

Seattle, WA – Henry’s Tavern
Sports fans will recognize this upscale beer bar with its unique pub grub menu due to its location next to Safeco Field as it opens a new unit at 501 Fairview Avenue North late summer.  The menu favorites will make the trip to this unit such as burgers and sandwiches along with their famous 50 Tap wall of beers!

Middleburg, VA – Leesburg’s King Street Oyster Bar
Owner Rick Allison knows Virginians love their oysters so that’s the reason for his second unit to open at 1 East Washington Street sometime in July.  Guests will enjoy Virginia waters oysters less than 24 pours old at the raw bar along with a full bar, burgers, sandwiches, salads and steaks in a casual setting.

Liberty, MO – Meshuggah Bagels
Bagel fans will rejoice when this “New York Style” bagel operation opens their third location mid-to-late June in Liberty Commons on Stewart Road.  The menu is simple with traditional counter-serviced greeting the guest.  Beyond the typical schmears a seafood-focused line up of sandwiches will be featured.
