Atlanta’s newest food hall, The Collective at Coda at Tech Square 771 Spring Street, will boast some of the city’s most popular Chefs among them Chef Hector Santiago with an anticipated opening of Spring, 2019. The menu offers border-town style burritos, tacos, Mexican sauces, ceviche and specials.

Fresno, CA – Ike’s Love & Sandwiches
If over-sized sandwiches along with a “food challenge” size sandwich is your thing then don’t miss the September opening of this popular chain on N. Blackstone Avenue. The Kryptonite, their food challenge-sized sandwich, offers six meats, onion rings, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks and two avocados.

Atlantic Beach, FL – Coop 303
Local pizza chain magnate Al Mansur plans to open his new casual eatery sometime late August at 303 Atlantic Blvd. The southern style menu is being kept under wraps but Mansur believes his team of Chef Josh Agan and GM JP Dieterich are up to the task of manning the 150 seat, 6,000 sq. ft. operation.

Baton Rouge, LA – JED’s Local Po’Boys
The team behind the local popular haunt, Eliza Restaurant & Bar, are stepping up to reinvigorate the empty space at 7970 Jefferson Highway with a planned opening in October. An open kitchen will produce traditional shrimp & oyster Po’Boys beside Vietnamese Bahn Mi and Cuban sandwiches.

Baltimore, MD – Le Comptoir du Vin
Partners Rosemary Liss and Will Mester will team to open this casual-feel bistro with a planned opening this fall at 1709 North St. Charles Street. Seating will be for 75 with a seasonal area while wines will be natural and from obscure wineries. The menu will reflect several cuisines with French the main focus.

Chicago, IL – Walton Street Kitchen + Bar
Husband-and-wife veteran restaurateurs Ryan and Anna O’Donnell of Ballyhoo Hospitality (Gemini, Coda di Volpe) are behind this upscale neighborhood restaurant and lounge located in a new luxury condo tower at 912 N. State St. Scheduled to open in late summer, Walton Street’s second-floor restaurant taps into timeless American classics with a worldly, seasonal approach, while the ground-floor lounge explores the world of aged distilled spirits in an intimate, library-like setting.
