Richmond, VA – La Grotta
This fine dining operation will feature norther Italian cuisine, can be found at 230 N. 6th. Street and will open in August.  Signature dishes will include Carpaccio di Manzo and Salmone Adiratico, sautéed salmon with baby shrimp, leeks, and diced tomato and finished in a beurre blanc sauce.

Wallingford, CT – Tap & Vine
The management of this casual dining concept credit the drive for flavor of the craft beer industry as the inspiration for their cuisine to be found at 171 Quinnipiac Street with an August opening.  The menu will feature shareable items such as tuna tartar, chorizo and sweet potato tacos and a variety of flatbreads.

Wayzata, MN – Spoon and Stable
Celebrity Chef Gavin Kaysen will open his new operation to be a casual dining French Brasserie and bakery sometime in the first quarter of 2017 at 739 Lake Street East.  While the menu is in planning lunch, dinner and brunch will be offered with a focus on seasonal and “crave-able” foods.

Denver, CO – Carbone’s Italian Sausage
Truly iconic restaurants that have closed sometimes experience a re-birth and that is the case with this local favorite to re-open at 4401 Tejon Street this coming fall.  They will open with a limited menu with six of their most popular sandwiches, salads and appetizers with Italian dinners on the weekend.

Austin, TX – The Brewer’s Table
If you think it sounds like a craft brewery that serves food you would be “spot on” and can look for a late 2016 opening at 4715 E. 5th. Street.  Brewing veteran Jake Maddux will be at the helm, the menu is in planning; however, if locals desire a “piece of the action” they can contribute to their crowdfunding.

Twin Falls, ID –  Yellow Brick Cafe
In a tribute to “going home” as the name may imply Kathy Fitzgerald will open this casual concept offering lunch, dinner and brunch at 124 Main Avenue West sometime this fall.  As Chef-owner she will menu locally sourced produce, dairy and proteins all with a healthy approach along with freshly made juices.
