Chelsea, NY – Milk and Hops Bar and Shop
Popular beer spot Milk & Hops will be expanding with an additional location this fall. Yang Gao, owner of Astoria beer and cheese, indicates that if the shop goes well there will be many more beer and cheese projects around town. This new location is bigger than the original giving them room to sell more than 300 varieties of beer. The team is hoping to open by November 1.
Ft Worth, TX – High Tide
This will be a small bar at only 800 ft. The site will specialize in martinis and shots and have an outdoor patio section. A key feature in the project will be a 300 gallon saltwater fish tank. They are expecting to open in early October.
Los Angeles, CA – Arts District Brewing Company
A new brewpub from the Cedd Moses to 213 Hospitality Group will be landing in the arts district. This is a very large project at 258 seats, and outdoor seating arena plus a rooftop and even has skee–ball lanes. Half of the brewery will be dedicated to the kitchen but not a lot of details on what their food and drinks will consist of. They are anticipating opening sometime this fall.
Tampa, FL – Thai Prime
The owners of Thai samurai in Pascoe County are building a new 176 seat restaurant. This restaurant will join other high-end eateries in the Met West area which is already home to Cooper’s Hawk winery, Kona Grill Texas de Brazil and don’t Frisco’s grill. The space encompasses 2613 ft. according to a news release. This will be the only restaurant in the complex that currently serves breakfast. They’re planning on opening this fall.
Atlanta, GA – Bar Margo
Ford Fry is expanding his restaurant group with the latest entry coming at midtown hotel. This new restaurant will be opening in the four seasons Atlanta hotel end of September. It will be replacing the park 75 lounge.
Seattle, WA – Great State Burger
Great State Burger has visions of grandeur as they have two restaurants in the works at Ravenna and South Lake Union. However an additional 6 to 8 locations of Great State will be located throughout the greater Seattle area through 2016. Additional restaurants from the group include St. Helens which is planned to open December 15, and also Noroeste which has an early January opening date.
