Tuscaloosa, AL – Ajian
In a move sure to please Crimson Tide fans A.J. McCarron will open his fast-casual concept with a sushi theme around October 9th. at 1914 University Blvd. In a twist on sushi the restaurant will allow guests to choose their “roll” ingredients along a cold food line. A non-sushi menu will also be available for guests.

Washington, DC – The Bruery
This famed California Craft Brewery will open their first east coast location in the Union Market District at 513 Morse Street, NE sometime in November. The 5,000 sq. ft. operation will house the brewery, taproom and brewery shop where guests may buy their iconic brands in both bottles and cans.

Folsom, CA – Back Bistro
The husband and wife team of Jeff and Gail Back will bring their successful wine-bar concept to 25075 Blue Ravine Road for a projected April 2018 opening. Fans and guests who have followed their progress will find the same friendly service, upscale menu selections and relaxed atmosphere as the original.

Lawrence, KS – Tanner’s Bar & Grill
This popular casual-dining sports bar concept will open their twentieth location late fall to early winter at 39th. and Rainbow Blvd. They will occupy a 6,100 sq. ft. space with plenty of room for big screen’s for game viewing along with a full service bar and menu favorites such as their famous “chicken lips”.

St. Louis, MO – Bloom Cafe
In a public-private partnership this casual café serving both breakfast and lunch hopes to open by October 1st. but the more likely opening will be December 1st. at 5240 Oakland Avenue. Situated next to the Paraquad complex they will cater to physically disabled guests and offer training for new job skills.

Yakima, WA – Provisions Restaurant
The owners of this new casual-dining, up-fare cuisine eatery are keeping a tight-lipped approach to their menu offerings but we do know they’ll be opening at 2710 Terrace Heights Drive sometime in early October. A combination eatery and market the menu will focus on locally sourced northwestern foods.
