Baltimore, MD – 8Trium Bar & Grill
This restaurant will feature locally sourced Louisiana Cajun-Creole cuisine with a Baltimore flair in the Washington Hill neighborhood. A class B Beer, wine and Liquor license has been approved pending the written consent of a church within 300 feet of this space. They are anticipating a year end opening with seating for 75 guests.

Westfield, MA – 99 Restaurant and Pub
The Woburn-based chain has acquired a liquor license for this location which is the former home of the Regency Pontiac Oldsmobile dealership. This will be one of more than 100 restaurants located in Northeast for this group. They are planning on opening around October 13 according to local articles.

Orlando, FL – Ace Café Orlando
The Ace Café will be located on a historic site based in England. It consisted of a café service station with 10 pumps, large washing bay showroom and repair shop. The new Orlando Ace will become a venue for wheeled cyclists and music lovers around the area.  Extensive renovations are being done to the existing building.  An opening date has yet to be announced.

San Francisco, CA – Barcha
This new casual Mediterranean concept from the team behind Sens is headed to Market Street. Barcha will be a mix of Turkish, Moroccan and Spanish dishes similar to Sens. Lunches and dinners will be served with happy hour Pappas in between both. An October 1st opening is anticipated.

Nashville, TN – Milk & Honey
Chattanooga restaurateurs Mike and Taylor Monaghan inked a deal to bring their Milk & Honey concept to the new Gulch Crossing building. The 5000 square foot space will join another first-floor tenant, Potbelly Sandwich Shop at the development. The new restaurant is expected to open January 2016.

Dallas, TX – lazy dog restaurant
This will be the 17th location for the lazy dog group. Other locations are found in Nevada and California. The 8400+ square foot interior will be more like a ski lodge than a restaurant. It will also include a dog friendly patio and menu. A large selection of craft beers from local breweries will be available.  They are anticipating a September 23 opening.
