Orlando, FL – 310 Nona
Slated to open in late Summer 2015, the 310 Nona location will carry on the tradition of excellent fresh food and quality service first established at 310 Park South over fifteen years ago. This location will be the fourth expansion for the 310 Restaurant Group, having previously expanded in Winter Park with Blu on the Avenue and in the Downtown Orlando area with the opening of 310 Lakeside in 2008.
Atlanta, GA – Aladdin’s Mediterranean Grill & Deli
Aladdin’s Mediterranean Grill & Deli is moving forward with plans to open in Emory Point. A building permit application was recently filed with DeKalb County for the forthcoming 3,000-square-foot eatery in the Decatur mixed-use development, at 1568 Avenue Place. An estimated $600,000 will be spent constructing the Mediterranean Grill in Emory Point’s recently-built second phase that sits on the former site of the Emory Inn. They are planning on opening mid December.
Chicago, IL – Appellation
The restaurant within Pastoral’s forthcoming Andersonville location will be called Appellation and it’s slated to open in early fall. It will be a casual counter-service spot during the day for sandwiches and other cafe fare, plus coffee, pastries and breakfast in the morning, before transitioning into a 75-seat restaurant.
New Orleans, LA – Bayou Wine Garden
The masterminds behind beer and debris fry favorite Bayou Beer Garden will up the wine bar and charcuterie game in Mid City with this new upscale spot that’s currently under some serious construction. A covered deck and courtyard in the fashion of the Vieux Carre’s will be a welcoming addition just in time for their fall opening.
Dallas, TX – Madrina
This will be the second restaurant for Michael Martensen and group from Misery Loves Co. The new Madrina will open in early September at the shops of Highland Park. Chef Julio Peraza will be heading up the kitchen.
San Francisco, CA – Laughing Monk
Laughing Monk Brewing, the Bayview brewery with a focus on Belgian-style California beers, will join a growing crew of many breweries opening within the city limits this fall. The current space allows for a maximum production of six thousand barrels, with the intent to operate similarly to a boutique winery. A grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, November 21.
