Atlanta, GA – Fry
Multi-concept restaurateur Ford Fry will expand his empire with the summer 2018 opening of this casual Tex-Mex eatery to be located at 1878 Piedmont Avenue NE. Unlike his other operations this will be more casual with a full service bar and a nod to healthier items such as wood-roasted chicken and fresh salsas.

Worcester, MA – Craft Table & Bar
Craft Restaurant Concepts will expand their portfolio when this latest addition comes online sometime late fall 2017 at 50 Franklin Street. Cited as a “polished-casual” eatery it will feature craft beer, wine, hand-crafted cocktails and a variety of American comfort and continental foods from their scratch kitchen.

Kansas City, MO – Afterword Tavern & Shelves
Suggesting the combination of books, food and spirits can spark an idea, incite an argument or bring order from chaos this casual-feel eatery will open fall 2017 at 1834 Grand Blvd. The atmosphere will be neighborly and offer a variety of books, sandwiches, small plates, beer, wine and coffee beverages.

Milwaukee, WI – Up-Down MKE
The partners behind the “Up-Down” arcade-eatery concept will open their latest rendition sometime early 2018 at 615 E. Brady Street. The concept is based on the “nostalgia factor” of arcade games of the 1980’s and 1990’s with a simple menu of craft beers to complement hand-tossed pizza and salads.

Tempe, AZ – Quartiere
Coming from the Italian word meaning “district” this fine-casual concept will open at 2700 S. Mill Avenue sometime late fall 2017. The menu won’t be “red sauce” dominate and will reflect Bolognese, Marsala and Alfredo preparations while being produce-heavy with a signature drink menu under development.

Santa Monica, CA – Little Ruby
New York City-based restaurateur Nick Mathers will bring his casual atmosphere unit to the Los Angeles area with a planned opening in late October at 109 Santa Monica Blvd. While it will be a sister-restaurant to the original in New York it will receive some re-branding offering burgers, pasta, toasts and juices.
