Madison, WI – Boar & Barrel
Long time restaurateur Josh Jiru will bring his latest concept to life at 101 N. Hamilton Street for a late November to early December opening. The atmosphere will be casual with a menu that focuses on wine, whiskey and tapas with a “pork centric” theme. Seating for 45 is available with a seasonal patio for 35.

Phoenix, AZ – Roland’s
Three area Chef “amigos” Chris Bianco, Nadia Holquin and Armando Hernandez will open their new casual eatery concept early 2018 at 1505 E. Van Buren Road. Having James Beard Award-Winning Chef Bianco on board will allow for a bifurcated menu of classic Italian cuisine and authentic Mexican fare.

Brooklyn, NY – Fausto
Chef Joe Campanale (dell’anima, L’Artusi and Anfora) is teaming up with former L’Artusi executive chef Erin Shambura (Lupa and Del Posto) for a new wine-focused Italian restaurant to open late November or early December at 348 Flatbush Avenue, the menu will reflect the cuisine of the Apennine peninsula.

Gig Harbor, WA – Table 47
Former COO for Starbucks and Gig Harbor resident Troy Alstead will open this fine-casual eatery at 5118 Point Fosdick Drive NW sometime November, 2017. Chef Ian Wingate will helm the kitchen with support from Sous Chef Doug Hudson to create a menu of sharable items dictated from locally sourced foods.

Pittsfield, MA – Hangar Pub and Grill
After months of arduous renovations to its’ 67 year-old structure this casual concept with an aviation theme will open sometime late October at 1350 East Street. The menu will feature local craft beers alongside of their two dozen styles of chicken wings, sandwiches, salads, ribs and wraps.

Bargersville, IN – Campbell’s Highlands Grille
Area resident Chef Steve Campbell will open this family-friendly casual eatery at North State Road 135 sometime early 2018. The menu will focus on American favorites such as burgers, sandwiches and pizza with a couple of Scottish classics such as Haggis and Shepard’s pie, soccer fans will be welcome!
