Early October will see the opening of this iconic (second unit) landmark of south Florida to be located at 921 Truman Avenue.  The original location received much critical acclaim from Conde Nast Traveler to the New York Times.  The menu offers Latin-influenced fresh seafood and an extensive wine list.

Gillette, WY – Wyoming Rib & Chop House
Burke and Melissa Moran will open their next casual dining unit featuring “Rocky Mountain Hospitality” at 2721 S. Douglas Highway with an opening date to be determined.  Open for lunch and dinner and offering a full service bar diners may choose from comfort foods such as pot roast to Black Angus hand-cut steak.

Houston, TX – Bayou & Bottle
World-renowned, celebrity restaurateur Richard Sandoval will open his first Texas location in the lobby of the renovated Four Seasons Hotel in early 2017 at 1300 Lamar Street.  While the menu is still under development the upscale-casual operation will feature a wide array of whiskey and bourbon sommelier.

Meriden, CT – Taino Smokehouse Prime
Look for an autumn opening of this upscale concept located at 1388 E. Main Street.  At the helm of the kitchen will be TV Celebrity Chef Van Hurd featured on the sixth season of “Hell’s Kitchen”.  While the menu is under development the owner plans to create a tristate area destination style dining concept.

Seattle, WA – Flintcreek Cattle Company
Restaurant partners Eric Donnelly and Christy Given will switch their attention from seafood to steaks at their second location at 8421 Greenwood Avenue N.  A fall opening is projected with a menu featuring leaner meats such as bison, lamb, venison and naturally-raised beef along with a full service bar.

Milwaukee, WI – FreshFin Poke
Hoping to expose locals to this “West Coast Craze” Nate Arkush will open this fast-casual fresh bowl concept at 2310 N. Oakland Avenue sometime in November.  Guests will choose a rice or greens base, a fresh seafood protein or tofu then add toppings from a 20 item bar along with the sauces of their choice.
