Having found success as a multi-unit operator this will be the first franchise unit in this rapidly expanding fast-casual concept slated to open in the second quarter of 2017 at Bee Ridge Road and US 41. The menu features Neapolitan pizza, flatbreads, burgers, melt-in-your-mouth meatloaf and a full service bar.
Austin, TX – The Brewer’s Table
Fine dining Chef Zach Hunter will join the management team at this casual operation located at 500 W. 5th. Street with a planned first quarter 2017 opening. The food will be “approachable” with the Chef drawing on his experience in a multitude of cuisines. “Wood-fired” will drive the beer and food menus.
St. Louis, MO – Nudo House
Chef entrepreneurs Marie-Anne Velasco and Qui Tran will team to bring this Tokyo-style noodle house to life in early 2017 at 11423 Olive Street. The noodles will be made in house daily and the bowls will be simple, no more than four ingredients. Tran’s Vietnamese Pho will also be a signature menu feature.
Lansing, MI – Green Dot Stables
If you offer something in a familiar package the consumer will understand it immediately and that’s the idea behind this slider and cocktail concept slated to open early 2017 at 410 S. Clippert Street. The menu uses the slider to introduce a global variety of flavors that touches each menu category.
Portland, ME – Baharat
Husband and wife team Clay Norris and Jenna Friedman are saying goodbye to their trusted blue food truck and opening a brick and mortar, casual-style eatery at 89 Anderson sometime in December. The menu will feature their famous grilled lamb and chicken shwarma and citrus-infused cocktails.
Milwaukee, WI – Daddy’s on Holton
This will be the second location for owner Bennie Smith with plans for a soft opening in January, 2017 at N. Holton Street and E. Concordia Avenue. Smith’s focus on customer service, inviting atmosphere and excellent food has pushed the popularity of his family-friendly eatery which features a menu of soul food.
