Phoenix, AZ – The Larder & The Delta
Chef Stephen Jones will debut a brick and mortar version of his southern comfort cuisine eatery to be located at 200 W. Portland Street with a projected opening of March, 2018. The menu will be short, only 18 items including dessert reflecting a trend nationally. It will seat 72 guests with an open kitchen.

Washington, DC – Rewind by Decades
If guests experience a sense of “Déjà vu” it will be intentional as the operators of this dining experience destination open their modern retro-diner concept at 1219 Connecticut Avenue NW in early 2018. The menu offers standards such as “spiked” milkshakes, chicken and waffles, corn dogs and funnel cakes.

Columbus, GA – Bluewater Grill
When the conversation is about seafood this town isn’t the first topic; however, restaurateur Loren Thomas intends to change that when the 40+ year seafood restaurant operator opens this casual concept at 4640 Warm Springs Road in January, 2018 offering a limited menu of fresh seafood, beef and chicken.

Bowling Green, KY – Hickory & Oak
Chef-owner Joshua Poling of Home Café & Marketplace will open his new upscale-casual concept in early 2018 located at 705 State Street. The operation will be split in two with the dining room offering premium beef and the bar side offering small shared plates all sourced from local area producers.

Fort Collins, CO – Urban Bricks
Multi-concept operator Jason Wolf saw a need and plans to fill it with this casual “build your own” pizza operation with an dine-in option and carry out. The new unit will open by mid-April, guests can find it at 2860 E. Harmony Road. Besides pizza the menu offers a salad bar, dessert pizza, gelato and a full bar.
