Seattle, WA – Ba Bar
We’re not sure where he gets the energy but Chef Eric Banh will open his second unit of this popular casual Asian street food concept at 500 Terry Avenue North by years end or early 2017. The same favorites will be offered to include Banh Mi, Pho, rotisserie pork belly and classic signature cocktails.
Detroit, MI – Go! Sy Thai
This popular fast-casual mini-chain will expand again with another unit slated to open early January 2017 at 1214 Griswold Street. The menu will offer what has brought them to the party to include fresh rolls, noodle soup, small plates – crispy rolls, fried tofu, satay – Massaman curry and basil fried rice bowls.
Albuquerque, NM – M’Tucci’s Italian Restaurant
It took 25 years but the owners of this popular casual operation will open their second location in early 2017 on Winter Haven Road NW. Chef John Haas will be part-owner, the atmosphere will be modern with a full service bar. Traditional menu items such as meatballs and braised pork cheek will be offered.
Morrisville, NC – Famous Toastery
This casual breakfast and lunch operation is in a growth spurt with a new location to open sometime in the first quarter of 2017 at303 Morrisville Square Way. Open hours will be from 7 am to 3 pm serving breakfast items all day with a lunch menu featuring sandwiches, wraps, salads, quiche and melts.
Tempe, AZ – Tempe Public Market Cafe
The second Public Market Café from restaurant entrepreneur Aaron Chamberlin will open at 939 W. Baseline Road sometime in summer of 2017. The menu will have a local food community focus offering all three meal periods to include salads, sandwiches, slow-cooked meats, pastries and a full service bar.
Norfolk, VA – Rappahannock Oyster Company
Restaurateur cousins Travis and Ryan Croxton will expand their growing seafood empire when they open this casual operation within the Waterside District by April, 2017. As this is the second location of this concept many of the same menu favorites such as their raw bar Paella and wood-grilled octopus.
