A popular pub-style bar is pouring out plans for two new locations in San Antonio, according to a recent Facebook post on Tuesday, January 10. Stout House announced it will set up establishments on the Far Westside of San Antonio. The owner wrote in the post that the locations will hopefully open in late February or early March.

Louisville, KY – Good Belly
A Louisville food truck plans to open its first brick-and-mortar restaurant this spring. Good Belly’s space is about 2,300 square feet. The owner anticipates being able to seat about 45 people in the restaurant. Good Belly is expected to open in the beginning of March.

Baltimore, MD – Nana
Nana, from James Beard nominated Clavel chef, is set to arrive at Baltimore. The 10-seat taqueria and restaurant was originally set to open last year, but ran into delays. The building is in a historic neighborhood and required extensive updates. On the menu: rotisserie chicken, potatoes and tacos. The owner, who turns 40 this March, is hoping to open by his birthday.

Fort Collins, CO – Native Foods
By the end of February, conscientious eaters in or around Fort Collins will have another option for considerate dishes. The now national Native Foods fast casual eatery, serving “made-from-scratch” meals, is aiming to open for business in late February. This will be the restaurant’s fourth Colorado location and second since 2014.

Ketchikan, AK – Bush Pilots’ Lounge
A “swanky steak and seafood” restaurant called the Bush Pilots’ Lounge is scheduled to be opened in Ketchikan come mid-to-late February, the owner who also owns Alaska Crepe Co and Pilot House Coffee. The 5-year Ketchikan local said that the Bush Pilots’ Lounge is his “love letter” to Ketchikan.

Greenfield, WI – Qdoba Mexican Eats
Greenfield is getting a new fast-casual Mexican restaurant. Qdoba Mexican Eats plans to open a full-service restaurant with a drive-thru and outdoor patio. The target opening date for the restaurant is March 23.
