Newest breakfast, brunch and lunch spot located in Midlothian, Va. neighborhood
Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, began serving the most important meal of the day at 6 a.m. today in Midlothian, Va. Located at 12050 Southshore Pointe Drive in the Southshore Shops off Hull Street, the restaurant is the third Eggs Up Grill for Franchise Partners Rob and Karla Thompson. The couple also own locations on West Huguenot Road in Bon Air and on John Rolfe Parkway in Richmond, Va.
Thompson is a retired Naval Intelligence Officer. He also served four years as the Matoaca district representative for the Chesterfield County School Board.
“Along with record growth in Chesterfield County comes lots of hungry neighbors who have been craving another Eggs Up Grill location for the best breakfast, brunch and lunch in town,” said Rob Thompson. “Karla and I are excited to be open and we thank everyone for your continued support.”
With indoor seating for 140, the 3,420 square-foot restaurant is designed to make guests feel at home in a light, bright and cheery atmosphere. The Hull Street restaurant serves guests seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available. It has a private room available for larger groups or community gatherings called “The Coop.”
Eggs Up Grill caters events big or small, with a menu featuring breakfast favorites like eggs, grits, home fries, biscuits and gravy and muffins. Salads and sandwiches are available for catered lunch.
