Original, American-style sushi restaurant to open first of 25 locations in the Centennial State with VIP fundraiser for local veterans and grand opening July 17
Rock N Roll Sushi is preparing to deliver an original dining experience that everyone in Colorado will want to move to the top of their hit list with the grand opening of its first restaurant in Colorado Springs.
Located at 7875 Silicone Heights, Ste. 100, near the intersection of Constitution Ave. and Marksheffel Road, Rock N Roll Sushi is ready to bring the house down with its inventive dishes and electric atmosphere. Franchise Partner Kyle Gerstner, CEO and Owner of KMG, LLC, signed on to open 25 locations throughout the Keystone State, with the first slated to host its grand opening Monday, July 17.
“We’re excited to expand our footprint out West and partner with Kyle, a restaurateur with over a decade’s worth of experience to open our first Colorado location,” Rock N Roll Sushi CEO Chris Kramolis said. “The growth and great vibes given off by Colorado Springs make it the perfect place to embrace our one-of-a-kind dining experience featuring sushi amplified.”
Rock N Roll Sushi will kick off its connection to the community with a VIP Fundraiser on Friday, July 14, and Saturday, July 15, that will benefit the Mt. Carmel Veterans Center.
Attending patrons in lieu of paying for their meal are encouraged to voluntarily donate those funds to the charity. The Veterans Center provides transition and employment assistance, behavioral health, wellness and support services to military members and their families.
“I’m excited to introduce Colorado Springs to a whole new way of ‘dining out loud’ with sushi amplified, while being a vital part of this community,” said Gerstner, who also owns other local restaurants. “Anytime we can support the men and women who have fought for our freedom, we will. And if folks missed the chance to join us for our VIP event, I personally invite them to come try the best sushi in town at our grand opening.”
At Rock N Roll Sushi, fans enjoy food that’s deliciously twisted and made fresh for everyone. Boasting concepts and flavors that are big, bold and loud, Rock n’ Roll Sushi is the only place to experience the rock you love and the rolls you love with the ones you love!

Founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife duo Lance and Gerri Mach Hallmark in Mobile, Alabama, Rock N Roll Sushi is the original American-style sushi restaurant founded on great food, true love and rock n’ roll music. It’s the only theme-restaurant in the world where local and loyal fans can experience the rock they love and the rolls they love with the ones they love. The menu is broken down by Opening Acts, Classics, Green Room, Headliners (with Raw Tracks), Back Stage Hibachi, Kids Rock and After Party, with Rock N Roll Sushi’s greatest hits – like Crispy Wontons, Punk Rock Roll, VIP Roll and Hibachi – stealing the show. From humble beginnings in a modest 1000-square-foot space tucked inside the Mobile Mall, Rock N Roll Sushi has rapidly expanded to encompass more than 60 locations across the Southeastern U.S. in just a decade.
