This salad will be hand tossed and made to order in all Saladworks locations from April 15th – June 15th. The Spring Noodle Salad is a medley of fresh spring mix and Saladworks signature lettuce blend, sesame noodles, fresh jumbo shrimp, carrots, edamame and snap peas then crowned with fresh roasted peanuts. The salad is complemented with Saladworks’ Mandarin Sesame Ginger dressing. The Spring Noodle salad can also be made with their all natural chicken as a substitute for shrimp.
