Popular salad concept prepares to open in Champions Park Entertainment District early this fall
Salata – the Next Generation Salad Bar – is putting the finishing touches on its first Arlington restaurant, located at 1705 N. Collins St., Ste. 131, in the Champions Park Entertainment District near Highway 30 and N. Collins St.
The 2,500-square-foot restaurant will be the 15th Salata in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and among more than 60 in its nationwide system. Salata Champions Park plans to hire 25 employees for various positions at the new restaurant, which is projected to open early this fall.
“We’re excited to bring our custom-made tossed salads and wraps to Arlington,” said Mark Robbins, Salata franchisee. “We’re looking forward to assembling a great crew and getting involved with the local community in the weeks and months ahead.”
