Start the night off with a delicious first course that includes pomegranate pistachio meatballs infused with pinot noir and a touch of molasses sauce or Torta di melanzane, eggplant layered with portobello mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and roasted red peppers that are all drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar and topped with mascarpone cheese. For the entree, choose from favorites, such as red velvet salmon, marinated kebabs, lamb chops, lobster ravioli, stuffed bell peppers, filet mignon and more. Also enjoy Valentine’s Day cocktails to ensure a perfect evening. Arya’s will feature two seatings at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. for $70 per person.
