“Our goal was to infuse the dishes with spices and flavors true to the fall season,” said Shane Schaibly, First Watch’s corporate chef and director of culinary. “All too often autumn means a flood of pumpkin-spiced synthetic flavorings. The truth is nothing does a better job of capturing fall than fresh, high-quality ingredients such as pumpkin puree, sweet potatoes, butternut squash and turkey sausage.”

Taking freshness to heart, First Watch offers 100% fresh-squeezed Orange Juice, house-made granola and salsa, house-roasted vegetables and looks to source produce locally whenever possible. In addition to serving fresh, delicious entrées, First Watch offers its exclusive Sunrise Select® Premium Blend Coffee.
