Shari’s Restaurants Lauded for Top Spot in Water Conservation

Shari’s Restaurants achieved the top spot in water conservation with a 37% improvement throughout all of its locations. This impressive feat contributed to 6.3 billion gallons of cumulative water savings from market leaders in the DOE’s Better Buildings Challenge.
