Here’s something to really shout about. West Palm Beach hot spot Shout Karaoke is introducing food to it’s repertoire and it’s not just any food, it’s a menu created by one of the hottest Chefs in South Florida. Tops on the menu is a food that’s hard to find in the West Palm area, Ramen! Rockin’ Ramen to be exact. The traditionally Japanese dish will be offered in three different signature flavors:
Tonkotsu: Tradition pork broth with pork belly
Miso: Miso flavored broth with chicken
Shoyu: Light soy broth with mushrooms
The menu also features Gangnam style wings, pork belly steamed buns, gyoza with Sriracha dipping sauce and more. For dessert guests can dine on a variety of mochi ice cream.
The menu was created by Jimmy Everett. Everett has worked at some of the top restaurants in the country including Eleven Madison Park, Wylie Dufresne’s wd~50 and Michael White’s Marea. He is now chef de cuisine at Valentino Cucina Italiana in Fort Lauderdale.
The new menu officially debuts June 1st. For the first two weeks (until June 14th) guests who come at lunch can try to the ramen for just $4.
Lunch hours: 11:30p-3:30p
Dinner hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday 6:00 pm – 2:00 am
Friday and Saturday: 6:00 pm – 3:00 am
