Robillard was a speaker at this year’s Next Gen Restaurant Summit in Atlanta, organized by FSR Magazine, which welcomed a lineup of restaurant executives and change leaders during the three-day Summit.

Leading the topic, “What Your Guests Want: Understanding the Modern Consumer,” Robillard discussed the significance of listening to customer feedback and creating a menu that aligns with their expectations. Robillard shared how this strategy fosters brand loyalty and allows Smokey Bones to concentrate on its core strengths for an overall better dining experience.
