New Richardson location prepares for June 13 grand opening
Richardson locals can mark their calendars for the arrival of Snuffer’s legendary burgers and famous Cheddar Fries.
Snuffer’s Restaurant & Bar is putting the finishing touches on its newest location, at 300 W. Campbell Road, Suite 100, in Richardson. The restaurant will officially open its doors on Tuesday, June 14, at 10:30 a.m. when Mayor Laura Maczka joins representatives from the Richardson Chamber of Commerce and Firebird Restaurant Group executives for the official “burger cutting” ceremony.
You heard that right…In addition to the traditional ribbon cutting, Richardson celebrants will be slicing into a ceremonial 6 lb. burger, too!
To add to the excitement, the first 100 diners through the door will receive a voucher for a “Complimentary Individual Cheddar Fries” valid from June 15 to July 24. Additionally, Snuffer’s “Free Cheddar Fries for a Year” Sweepstakes begins on opening day and ends July 24. During this time, guests will be encouraged to enter in-stores for their chance to win. The lucky winner will be announced August 8.
Later in the month, on June 28, Snuffer’s will not only celebrate its 38th anniversary, but will also be hosting a Benefit Night for Heroes for Children, a local Richardson charity that provides financial and social assistance to families with children battling cancer.
“We are excited to bring our beloved burgers and Cheddar Fries to Richardson,” said General Manager Frank Knight. “We can’t wait to officially open our doors on June 13th and we’re honored to lend our support to Heroes for Children. It’s a wonderful organization that helps thousands of Texas families with their bills as they wage the expensive and challenging battle against cancer.”
The Richardson restaurant is nearly 4,200 square feet and will comfortably seat 160 diners inside and 34 on the outdoor patio. It will be the 10th location in North Texas.
