First, the ‘ritas…
Don’t worry, nobody’s messing with the Snufferita. But it’s got company now. For Sangria fans, there’s the Sangria Swirl Margarita – a refreshing frozen house rita swirled with a light-bodied sangria produced from fine red wine and a blend of natural citrus fruit flavors.
The Caborita offers a guilt-free cocktail experience with the same delightful taste. This low-cal margarita is made with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila mixed with agave nectar, fresh lime juice and a splash of orange juice.
What happens when you blend two Mexican favorites? You get the Dos-A-Rita! Served either frozen or on the rocks, it’s Snuffer’s house margarita dunked with an upside-down Dos Equis for a flavorful combo you won’t soon forget.
**Feeling adventurous? Add a liqueur floater to any of Snuffer’s Margaritas for only $1 more. Choose from 10 flavors, including banana, sour apple, strawberry and peachtree.

Feel like a walk on the wild side? Try one of Snuffer’s eight new cocktails with a Texas Twist, including –
White Lightnin’ starts off like an island breeze, then surprises you with a backwoods kick from Tennessee. It’s a combination of Ole Smoky White Lightnin’ Tennessee Moonshine, made from 100% grain-neutral spirits distilled six times for premium smoothness, mixed with pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda and a hint of fresh lime.
Cherry Limeade is an all-star combination of Southern Comfortwith its unique whiskey, fruit and spice flavorings vigorously shaken with lime juice, simple syrup and muddled Maraschino cherries. You’ll enjoy tipping back this unique concoction, as well as the White Lightnin’, from our special mason jars.
Now that the weather is warming up, relax on Snuffer’s patio while sipping on a Kickin’ Sweet Tea, a refreshing blend of unsweetened iced tea and Grand Marnier.
The distinctive Electric Watermelon will make you pucker up with its blend of Jack Daniels Sour Mash Whiskey and Southern Comfort fused with lemonade, simple syrup and Snuffer’s flavorful watermelon mix.

Snuffer’s Ghost Mary hails from our original location on Lower Greenville Avenue where employees and diners alike have reported spookily similar stories and occurrences. Aged for one year, Jacob’s Ghost is a smooth and flavorful white whiskey combined with a hearty, loaded Bloody Mary mix bursting with abundant flavors of vegetables, spices, peppers, lemon juice and pure tomato juice. It’s finished off with a touch of horseradish for a rich texture, jalapeno peppers and Tabasco for just a hint of heat.
Not only is the American Mule a supremely savory drink, it’s also served in a distinctive copper mug. This bright and refreshing mule combines SKYY Vodka® with the award winning Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and a splash of fresh lime.
Going old school?
All seven Snuffer’s restaurants offer multiple beers on draft, along with 15 bottled brews, a cider and O’Douls, a non-alcoholic beer. And at just $3 a pint, true beer enthusiasts will want to sample the Sam Adams Seasonal Summer Ale. Prefer a glass of wine instead? A wide selection of white and red wines is available, with selections varying by location.
