Spaghetti Warehouse Inviting Guests to Share “Memories” on 40th Anniversary Photo Album

Photo Contest Featuring Free Appetizer Giveaway, Chance to Win $10,000 in Cash and Weekly Prizes

Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants Inc. is inviting its guests “…to share with us your memories and create new ones” with the unveiling of its 40thanniversary photo album – a ‘virtual’ memory book created to allow guests to share photos of past memories and create new ones with their families and friends gathering at the restaurant.

The photo album is featured on a new website – 40years.meatballs.com – created specifically to highlight all of the activities planned as part of the restaurant’s 40th anniversary celebration.

“The photo album idea came about because so many of our guests over the past 40 years have shared their photos with us,” said Azam Malik, president/chief operating officer, Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurants Inc. “We’ve seen photos of first dates, proms, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, holiday parties, even winning softball teams. Our favorites are the many baby pictures, because it says to us that our restaurants welcome families, young and old and in between. Being a part of their lives means so much to our mission of providing a place for families and friends to share time together.

He continued, “Now, we’re inviting everyone to celebrate our 40th anniversary.  We’ve created an online photo album so you can share your memories with us from the times you’ve gathered together at Spaghetti Warehouse.”

For the photo album, Malik explained that the restaurant is looking for photos “of our guests enjoying themselves when they visit Spaghetti Warehouse – either inside or outside of the restaurant, in front of our dine-in trolley, or at our Celebration Trolley when it comes to a community as part of our national Trolley Tour.”

And, he added, “Once you register and upload your photo to our photo album, you’ll get a free Classic Bruschetta and be entered to win $10,000 in cash and prizes…it’s our way of saying thanks for the memories.”

Winners, whose photos are selected at random, are eligible to win cash and prizes, including a grand prize of $4,000 cash. Additionally, five first place winners will receive $400 each and eight second prize winners will receive $100 gift cards. Each week, two winners – whose photos are selected – will receive a $100 gift card to Spaghetti Warehouse and be featured on the Spaghetti Warehouse 40th anniversary website.

Malik said he encourages people to come back to the Warehouse for more celebration meals and to visit the website daily to upload more photos.  Using a mobile device, photos can be submitted via e-mail to pic@40meatballs.com. Each additional photo earns one contest entry and up to two unique photo entries are permitted per day.

“Whenever you’re here with us, snap more photos, you’ll get more chances to win,” said Malik, reminding people who enter to check back often to see their photos and find out if they have won a prize.

Malik explained that the Spaghetti Warehouse 40th Anniversary Celebration Trolley began in mid-June in Syracuse, N.Y. Since then, the tour has visited Pittsburgh, Pa. and Columbus, Ohio. Over the course of four months, the Celebration Trolley will visit many of the Spaghetti Warehouse restaurants, giving everyone an extra photo opportunity to upload another image to the photo album.
