Daytime Café introduces gluten-free Chilaquiles, expands Fresh Juice Bar.

First Watch, the popular breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, today introduced three new dishes nationwide as part of its limited-time Spring menu. This season’s menu keeps things fresh with a cultural twist on high-quality ingredients while introducing new, mouth-watering flavors including a gluten-free Mexican favorite.

“Chilaquiles have always been one of my favorite breakfast dishes. When we decided to test them in a few of our restaurants, we were absolutely blown away by the response from our customers,” said Shane Schaibly, First Watch’s corporate chef and director of culinary operations. “This menu has everything – my favorite Mexican dish, an Italian Benedict with thin prosciutto and Parmesan cream and, for our customers with a sweet tooth, our Strawberry Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast.”

First Watch introduced its Fresh Juice Bar in 2015 and has since been juicing in-house daily from fresh fruits and vegetables sourced locally whenever possible. Since the program’s launch, the restaurant has extended its Fresh Juice Bar offerings, which include two permanent juices – Day Glow and Kale Tonic – and a number of seasonal options throughout the year. This Spring, First Watch is featuring a new sweet beverage, available for a limited time:

  • Spring Hydrate Pineapple, English cucumber, coconut water and lemon.

First Watch customers can find the following seasonal offerings in addition to the traditional favorites at their local First Watch through Sunday, June 5:
