St Louis Media, LLC Launches the DineOut Brand Nationwide

St Louis Media, LLC Launches the DineOut Brand Nationwide MaxGroup Marketing and WebTech Group operate a joint venture company known as St Louis Media, LLC. Both companies are local technology firms offering web design, search engine optimization services, email marketing, press releases(s), mobile text marketing and more. Additionally, St Louis Media, LLC operates a website known as DineOutSTL.com. It is a local restaurant directory that also lists local breweries, wineries, distilleries and even promotes the local restaurant industry with a blog.

St Louis Media, LLC will be expanding into other major markets around the country with the DineOut brand to include DineOutDallas.us, DineOutDenver.us, DineOutFL.us, DineOutKC.us, DineOutKS.us, DineOutMemphis.us, DineOutMissouri.us, DineOutMO.us, DineOutNYC.us, DineOutChicago.us, DineOutOrlando.us, DineOutTX.us and a DineOut site that will promote all of the future locations at DineOutUSA.us.

St Louis Media, LLC is offering these sites through a license agreement, which will require an upfront fee that will pay for the hosting, web design, credit card processing account through First Data and training in addition to a percentage of the income for a royalty fee.

Local directories are critical to the operation of the Internet as many search engines pull data from them for local search results making it a critical part of the operation of the Internet.

“Local directories should be owned and operated by local business because they know the market better and have a better feel for it,” says Myers with St Louis Media, LLC. Additionally, “we make it easy for the small business owner to enter into a home based business or an additional online publication from a larger agency to enter into the directory business,” says Smith.

While the directories will have advertising on them, unlike many of the larger nationwide based directories their ads will be fewer and be less intrusive. Additionally, the blog section will be an excellent strategy to promote local specials and events. Most of the revenue will be derived from monthly fees for listings, featured listings, advertisement, blog articles and press releases.

We are encouraged about the future prospects of this, hopefully soon to be, nationwide brand that will be marketed as DineOutUSA.us.
