The vibrant and extraordinarily popular lunch and après destination, The Vintage Room, celebrates the opening of its fourth season at the ski-in ski-out The St. Regis Deer Valley. The clear, heated 1600 SF structure located on the Resort’s Upper Ski Beach shimmers with modern chandeliers reflecting the pristine powder outside. This ski season, The Vintage Room debuts luxurious red leather seating areas, a new Bar and a new Sushi Bar. Table service including two raised and reservable VIP areas provide an excellent view of the action and the best people watching in Park City.
Glide into The Vintage Room from the slopes or take a few steps directly from the Main Resort Building. Also, the Resort’s funicular, the only at a North American Ski Resort, can be taken to the Main Resort Building where The Vintage Room beckons a few yards away.
Behind a 30-foot wooden bar, St. Regis mixologists create signature cocktails and chefs prepare raw bar orders. The Sushi Bar features Hand Rolls made from seafood flown in daily from Maine, Nantucket and Hawaii. DJs spin Thursday-Sunday afternoons from a suspended booth, keeping the vibe lively. Guests enjoy champagne service, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages in The Vintage Room or on its outdoor deck and fire pit under the typically cornflower blue skies of Park City. Enjoy lunch, après pre or post Sundance screenings, or as a respite from alpine endeavors!
