Brand launches seasonal specials and an “Egg Day” promotion all about kids
Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, has launched a new summertime menu, as well as a promotion celebrating the Brand’s biggest holiday – Egg Day. Its Summer Lovin’ menu launched today with three new dishes and a Sparkling Sangria that focus on flavors that “come shining through.” The seasonal specials run through Aug. 13. Eggs Up Grill will also celebrate its younger guests with a complimentary breakfast special on National Egg Day – June 3.

The Shrimp Fajita Omelet is packed with flavor with grilled vegetables with a kick. It includes grilled shrimp, peppers, onions and pepper jack cheese, topped with citrus chili crema. It’s served with toast and your choice of home fries, grits or fresh fruit. The sweet and fruity Berry Chocolate Waffle includes a chocolate chip Belgian waffle topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries and a chocolate drizzle. The Southwest Chicken Salad offers crispy or grilled chicken, tomatoes, avocado and pepper jack cheese over mixed greens with a citrus chili crema. Guests can enjoy this summer’s go-to Sparkling Sangria – made with peach, strawberry and sparkling wine – with breakfast, brunch or lunch.
The nation will celebrate National Egg Day on June 3. Eggs Up Grill – the “Egg Experts” – will honor the country’s ode to the egg by offering kids 10 years and younger the Egg Day Egg-Stravaganza, which includes a complimentary breakfast of two scrambled eggs and one pancake with the purchase of an adult entrée. It’s available at participating locations to dine-in guests only.
