Delicious Speciality Pancakes All Week Long

Sunny Street Café Kicks Off National Pancake Week Feb. 1From February 1st-7th Sunny Street Café will host their popular National Pancake Week. Each day features a new specialty pancake, created by the Sunny Street kitchen or by a member of the community.

“National Pancake Week is our own special celebration in honor of our favorite breakfast dish.  It’s a great opportunity to get creative, and the community really enjoys it,” says Mike Stasko, VP of Brand Strategy. “We invited food bloggers, kitchen staff, and other members of the community to invent a delicious pancake and we feature it for a day. We’ve had all types of pancakes, from sweet all the way to savory.”

This year features some new creations and old classics. Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, Super Berry Cakes, Banana Nut Brulee, Whole Wheat Crunch, Island Dream Pancakes, and Pumpkin Spice Pancakes come from the genius of Sunny Street Café’s brilliant chefs in the kitchen.

For restaurants in St. Louis, Missouri, a double heaping of blueberrys and lemon curd make the “Blueberry-Lemon Dream Pancakes,” contributed by the fantastic food bloggers of We Eat Stuff (https://www.instagram.com/weeatstuffstl/).

In Columbus, Thursday will feature a pancake by Nick of the popular “Breakfast with Nick” food blog (http://www.breakfastwithnick.com) . His pancake is the “Meat Lover’s Pancake,” stuffed with bacon bits and crumbled sausage.
