If the Doritos Locos Tacos are not filling your Taco Bell-chip mashup needs, don’t worry. The chain is reintroducing the Beefy Crunch Burrito with Flamin’ Hot Fritos corn chips on Thursday as a summer-only item until early August.
The burrito, which will retail for 99 cents, has rice, nacho cheese, beef, sour cream, and spicy Fritos corn chips.
The item was available on menus during parts of 2010 and 2011 and was brought back because it was a popular item, according to Taco Bell.
Fans of the product created a campaign to bring it back, said Richard Axton, the founder of the 3 Million Fans to get back the Beefy Crunch Burrito page on Facebook, which currently has about 16,000 fans.
