Cajun Steamer has turned up its menu a notch, rolling out bold new flavors for fans. The authentic Cajun and Creole restaurant recently revamped its offerings, introducing a range of delectable new dishes, healthier plates and an expanded drink selection — all designed to bring a fresh Cajun twist to its fans while maintaining unique flavor and all the “Big Easy” vibes. A fresh mix of classic Louisiana-inspired seafood favorites and inventive new creations are continuing to bring the iconic fare of the Gulf Coast and the Big Easy to friends and family.
Standout new menu items include stringy fried mozzarella planks, the Bayou Platter — stacked with jumbo shrimp, catfish and choice of gumbo or crawfish etouffee — and the new, signature smash burger lineup including the Cajun Cowboy Burger, Voodoo Burger and Big Boudreaux Burger.
