TCBY Opens New Frozen Yogurt Location in Temple

TCBY (www.tcby.com), the leading frozen yogurt concept, continues to expand its stores in Texas with a new location now open in Temple — marking the 31st store in Texas. The owner of the new location is David Weaver, managing partner of Lone Star Yogurt, who has partnered with TCBY to open 200 self-serve locations in Texas in the next 10 years.

The new store, located at Marketplace Center at 3010 South 31st Street in Temple, is 1,200 square feet and features TCBY’s new self-serve concept, which allows customers to make their own frozen yogurt treat by choosing from 10 available flavors and mixing in a variety of toppings.

“Our 200-store area developer plan continues to position Texas as one of our largest states for growth of the TCBY brand,” said Tim Casey, CEO of TCBY. “We have received tremendous interest and support from customers who want healthier options. The Temple location is a vibrant addition to the community because it offers one of the healthiest frozen treat options available.”
