Limited-time ‘Home on the Range’ menu debuts today
Your nearby Texas Land & Cattle may be renowned for its premium beef, but this month, it will also be home to a selection of delicious ranch-crafted bison entrées.
Whether you choose the 14 oz. Peppercorn Bone-In Bison Ribeye, the 7 oz. Country Fried Bison Steak or the Bison Burger, you’ll savor the variety of the limited-time “Home on the Range” menu. The taste of bison is similar to beef but with a richer, slightly sweeter flavor. It has more protein, iron and other nutrients. And because bison are naturally lean, they are not given hormones or antibiotics.
“While Hartley Ranch steaks are our pride and joy, we also strive to present unique and unexpected limited-time offers to our guests,” said Beth Collins, vice president of marketing at Texas Land & Cattle. “This month we’re pleased to offer three outstanding bison entrées that we know you’ll love. Visit us soon so you can come back and try another selection before the bison head back to the range.”
In addition to the entrée selections, Texas Land & Cattle is introducing the Range Roamer, a specialty cocktail made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Cointreau, sweet vermouth and maraschino cherry.
The Home on the Range menu will be available from March 3rd through 30th only.
