Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 102nd restaurant on Monday, June 16th. The restaurant opens at 7:00 a.m. daily, and is located at 1035 W Gateway Blvd. on the NW Corner of I-95 & Gateway Blvd.in Boynton Beach, FL.
On June 14th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Wounded Warriors of South Florida. Wounded Warriors of South Florida’s mission is to provide temporary, immediate, financial assistance to service connected Purple Heart recipients and service connected disabled veterans. “We are grateful for this partnership with The Egg & I,” says Brian Edward, Vice President of Marketing. “With their help we are able to assist more veterans in our community everyday.”
