Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 84th restaurant on Monday, August 19th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 2271 Pointe Parkway, Suite 150, just south of Merchant Square Mall at 116th & Keystone, in Carmel, IN.
On August 18th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Indiana Children’s Wish Fund. Indiana Children’s Wish Fund’s mission is to put smiles on the faces of children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. “Indiana Children’s Wish Fund is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of partners like The Egg & I, we are able to help children’s dreams come true and give them hope for their future,” said Terry Ceaser-Hudson, Executive Director, Indiana Children’s Wish Fund.
