Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 91st restaurant on Monday, December 9th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 991 Waterbury Falls Drive, 1/2 Mile North of interstate 64/40 and Hwy K, in O’Fallon, MO. The restaurant will open with a private dining and meeting room which seats 35 and comes equipped with free Wi-Fi and a HD LCD projection screen. There is no additional charge to use the private meeting space.
On December 8th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The Backstoppers. The Backstoppers mission is to help the families of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our safety. “The Backstoppers is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve more families who have lost loved ones in the battle for our safety,” said Jennifer M.
