Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 98th restaurant on Monday, May 12th. The restaurant opens at 7:00 a.m. daily, and is located at 7175 N Davis Hwy at the University Mall in Pensacola, FL.
On May 10th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Escambia Search and Rescue. Escambia trains for and responds to many different types of incidents, including lost children; drowning victims; overdue boats; natural disasters; missing persons with Alzheimer’s, Autism or other forms of dementia. “Escambia Search and Rescue is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve the Pensacola community in a greater way,” said Alfred “Skip” Bollens, Director, Escambia Search and Rescue.
