Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 86th restaurant on Monday, October 7th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 11220 Sullivan St. in Riverview, FL, at the Winthrop Town Centre just East of Regions Bank.
On October 6th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Emergency Care Help Organization (ECHO). ECHO’s mission is to serve residents in need of emergency short-term care through the volunteer assistance and donations of Brandon area residents and businesses. “ECHO is excited to be part of the opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of partners like The Egg & I, we are able to better serve our friends in need and provide them with the emergency care they deserve,” said Stacey Efaw, Executive Director, ECHO.
