Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 89th restaurant on Monday, December 9th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 700 Montgomery Highway Suite 188, in the Vestavia City Center across from Rite Aid, in Vestavia, AL.
On December 8th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Camp Smile-A-Mile. Camp Smile-A-Mile’s mission is to provide unforgettable recreational and educational experiences for young cancer patients, their families as well as young adult survivors from Alabama at no cost. “Camp Smile-A-Mile is excited to be part of the new opening of The Egg & I. Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve more children and families affected by this terrible disease,” said Meredith McLaughlin, President, Camp Smile-A-Mile.
