Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 69th restaurant on Monday, December 3rd. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 681 N. 132nd Street at 132nd& Dodge in Linden Market Center.
On December 2nd, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Food Bank for the Heartland. Food Bank for the Heartland strives to eliminate hunger in Nebraska and western Iowa through community collaboration and making the best possible use of available resources. “We are excited to partner with the newest The Egg & I Restaurant in Omaha and are grateful for their continued support,” says Brian Barks, spokesperson for Food Bank of the Heartland.
