Leading Polished Casual Fondue Restaurant to Exhibit at Franchise Expo South in Houston, Feb 5-7
The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc., the world’s premier fondue restaurant and a leading polished casual dining franchise, announced today that it is actively seeking franchisees to expand its presence in Dallas-Fort Worth, naming the metro area as a target for future franchise development. To further fuel the company’s growth in Texas, the concept will be exhibiting at Franchise Expo South Feb. 5-7 at the NRG Center in Houston. Local entrepreneurs are invited to meet with the brand’s franchise development team at Booth #603 to learn more about growth opportunities in Dallas-Fort Worth as well as the Houston metro area.
The Melting Pot currently has two restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, located in Addison and Arlington, and now has the opportunity for the right franchise partners to open up to two additional locations within the market. The brand is specifically targeting McKinney or the downtown area of Dallas for the first location, as well as North Fort Worth or downtown Fort Worth for the second.
In addition to its two locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, The Melting Pot has three Texas restaurants located in Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Dallas is one of a number of select markets throughout the U.S. where the company is looking to recruit qualified new franchisees. Additional markets targeted for expansion include Anchorage, Alaska; Los Angeles; Hartford, Conn.; Memphis and Chattanooga, Tenn., as well as select cities across Brazil, Canada, China, India, Japan and South Korea.
“The Melting Pot concept is backed by 30 years of experience in franchising and 40 years of brand recognition, making this an ideal business opportunity for entrepreneurs,” said Dan Stone, vice president of franchise development for Front Burner Brands. “For the past 20 years, our Belt Line Road location has built a great reputation for our brand within the Dallas market. Given the size of the Dallas and Houston metro areas and the demand for high quality dining we know exists there, we look forward to expanding our presence in the state so that we can provide our unique fondue experience to even more guests.”
Additionally, The Melting Pot will host a live webinar on Thursday, Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. (EST) to drive national expansion.
