Listen up Lancaster and ube fanatics — Café 86 has just announced its latest franchise is coming soon to California. The new store is owned by franchise partners Mariah Ramos Hutalla and Olivia Ramos.
Ginger Dimapasok, who co-founded Café 86 with James Dimapasok in 2014, expressed her excitement over the company’s newest franchise partners and the quick growth of the brand.

Other recently announced locations include Los Angeles, Simi Valley, and Daly City.
