Reuben’s, pastrami, fresh tuna steak salads, blt’s, egg salad, grilled chicken, turkey sandwiches with homemade cranberry sauce, Italian Panino’s, meat free options, wraps and quesadillas, signature sandwiches, soups and salads are all available. Gluten free foods will be available in the near future. Breads and desserts are freshly baked on the premises.
Varesky’s Deli operates as a “farm to table” restaurant utilizing the wealth of NH farm produced foods. We enjoy shopping at the Stratham Farmer’s Market. We utilize only the finest products, such as Boar’s Head meats.
Varesky’s Deli has a family history and experience in the restaurant industry in excess of seventy five years. Our knowledge ranges from cafeteria style to teaching Culinary Arts to fine dining. Victoria Vareschi has earned a Master’s degree in business management and has 20 years experience in the industry. Gabriel Vareschi has 10 years experience, working at his father, Richard’s side and in restaurants such as T Bones (Salem) and Mo-Jo’s (Manchester). Richard Vareschi (88 Restaurants, Metamorphosis, and Richard’s Bistro) will support this endeavor as a consultant. Additionally, Max Hamilton of the Tuscan Kitchen (Salem, NH), The Common Man (Plymouth, NH), Vito’s Tavern and Ristorante Damiano’s (North End, Boston, MA) will be helping out the Vareschi family.
