Wingstop soars on the West Coast! The award-winning wing chain with 500+ locations has answered the call to more easily serve Bay Area wing fans by opening a new location in Martinez, Calif. at 1029 Arnold Dr.
Don Brocca, owner of the new restaurant, is a multi-unit franchisee who opened his first Wingstop in the Bay Area just five years ago. Including the Martinez location, Don owns and operates four Wingstop restaurants in the region.
“I’m excited to open this fourth location,” says Brocca. “The Bay Area community has embraced Wingstop, and I’m pleased to provide Martinez with another convenient restaurant, so that even more fans can try our signature wings.”
The first Wingstop to touch down in Northern California opened in 2005 and now just seven years later, the area has quickly asserted itself as one of the fastest growing Wingstop markets, with 36 restaurants serving up fresh, made-to-order wings on a daily basis.
“Wingstop has some of the biggest wing fans right here in the Bay Area,” added Don. “We’re the wing experts, and our sole purpose is to make cooked-to-order chicken wings. That single focus keeps guests happy, satisfied and coming back for more.”
The Wingstop menu features traditional and boneless wings, chicken strips and Glider sandwiches – all sauced and tossed in 10 original flavors. Homemade side dishes include fresh seasoned fries, cut daily from Idaho potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad.
