Calling all wing fans! Wingstop is officially celebrating its arrival in the Detroit area with a special “Take 5” event that offers five free classic or boneless wings to guests from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, February 9, at all three Detroit-area restaurants.
Wingstop, the national chicken wing chain with more than 550 locations, recently opened its third Detroit restaurant at 28656 Dequindre Road in Warren. The rapidly-expanding concept opened new locations at 28517 Schoolcraft Rd. in Livonia and 25110 Evergreen Road in Southfield late last year.
“Since opening our doors in Detroit, we’ve had a great time getting to know the community,” said Stephen Davidson, owner of the Warren location. “This event is a fun way for all of the Wingstop locations in the area to introduce ourselves to fans and give everyone a taste of the Wingstop experience.”
The “Take 5” event offers guests their choice of five classic or boneless wings, sauced and tossed in any one of Wingstop’s signature flavors, including fan favorites Original Hot, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Hickory Smoked BBQ. The offer is available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., no purchase necessary while supplies last.
With a sole focus on cooked-to-order chicken, the Wingstop menu features classic and boneless wings, chicken strips and Glider sandwiches – all sauced and tossed in 10 original flavors. Homemade side dishes include seasoned fries, cut fresh daily from Idaho potatoes, baked beans and potato salad.
The Wingstop restaurants of Warren, Livonia and Southfield are open from 10 a.m. to midnight daily. Carryout orders for Warren can be placed at 586-751-9494, for Livonia call 734-522-9464 and for Southfield, call 248-356-9464.
