Oklahoma, OK – Chicken Salad Chick
Chicken Salad Chick, the nation’s only southern inspired, fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept, announced today it will be expanding in Oklahoma with its newest restaurant in Chisholm Creek. Located at 1332 West Memorial Avenue, the Chisholm Creek restaurant marks the brand’s fifth location in the state and second to open in Oklahoma City this year, following the debut in Nichols Hills in February.

Lady Lake, FL – Mission BBQ restaurant
Mission BBQ restaurant is set to open Sept. 28 at Lady Lake Commons. The restaurant will be located at the new shopping center being constructed at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 27/441 and Fennell Boulevard, next door to Lady Lake Town Hall.

New York, NY – Le Pavillon
The future of indoor dining in New York City is still murky even with a limited rollout beginning September 30th. But at One Vanderbilt – the tallest skyscraper in Midtown – one of the city’s most celebrated chefs still plans to open a lavish restaurant early next year.

Fort Lauderdale, FL – Delray Beach’s Salt7
The coronavirus pandemic has not stopped Delray Beach’s Salt7 from expanding into the heart of tony Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. The Atlantic Avenue hot spot that morphs from a restaurant into a nightclub – or at least it did before COVID-19 regulations put a pause on partying – thinks its new Broward County footprint might open in November, sprawled on the bank of the New River in the Icon Las Olas apartment building at 500 E. Las Olas Blvd.

Minneapolis, MN – Brasa Premium Rotisserie
Another four-star Minneapolis restaurant is closing its dining room. But it’s not closing its doors. With the uncertainty of winter looming, Restaurant Alma is going takeout-only this fall. Citing “major financial losses” during the first half of the year, the possibility of a resurgence in COVID-19 and a seasonal drop in business during the colder months, “I realized the best thing I could do to ensure the safety of my team and ensure we have enough resources to open in spring or summer was to go into a holding pattern,” said Alex Roberts, who owns the restaurant group with his wife, Margo.

Sarasota, FL – Bistro
The Sarasota Art Museum will reopen to the public on Thursday, Oct. 1, and, when it does, its new restaurant will be open, as well. Dubbed simply Bistro, the new eatery is part of the Constellation Culinary Group, which operates restaurants in museums in Miami and West Palm Beach and in other attractions around the country.
