The brand launched in the US in July 2021 and currently operates 2 locations in Orange County, California and has an aggressive national expansion plan to open over 50 restaurants in the next 5 years through franchising and company-owned restaurant development.
The concept is owned by Mitrevi Restaurant Group, a manager and operator partnership between a brother and sister, restaurant veterans with passion for Real Food and Authentic Hospitality, who after 20 years being apart, gaining unique experiences around the world, decided to come together and launch Zesty Olives.
