Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill, which has multiple locations in Phoenix, Arizona and Austin, Texas, is introducing the Habanero Inferno Taco Challenge on Cinco de Mayo.
According to their blog, the Habanero Inferno features four street tacos with one of the four having a specially-made habanero sauce created by Executive Chef Leo Madrigal just for this occasion.
The rules are pretty simple. If guests finish all four tacos including the one that is spiked with the special hot sauce, they receive $5 off their order of the fiery tacos. If they don’t, they pay the full price of $12. Guests can wash down the hell-ish tacos with Dulce Vida margaritas that are priced at $5 and Corona Beer at $3 on Cinco De Mayo.
Z’Tejas serves dishes inspired by the flavors of Mexico and the Southwestern region of the United States. All dishes are made fresh using the finest ingredients. They also offer an extensive margarita and cocktail list as well as Happy Hour seven days a week. More information about Z’Tejas can be found at www.ztejas.com or on their Facebook page.
